SCHEDULE UPDATES

The Sherborn show turned out very nicely, cold start, but warmed up and lots of people turned out for a growing show.
The next show is another local show, the Strawberry festival in my home town of Westford, Mass.  This is held on Saturday, June 14th from 10:00am to 4:00pm on the Westford Town Common at Boston Road and Main Street in Westford, Mass.  My booth (M107) will be on the Main Street side of the common near the Fletcher Library.  In the early afternoon, usually between 1:00 and 2:00 fresh strawberry shortcake and lemonade is served.  Rain date is Sunday June 15th.  You can visit the website at www.thestrawberryfestival.org for details.
Following that on June 21st and 22nd I will be at the Rhinebeck show at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York.  The show is open from 10:00 to 6:00 on Saturday and 10:00 to 5:00 on Sunday.  (www.dutchessfair.com)
I haven't yet done the scheduling for the rest of the year, but  I will post dates on the website as they are scheduled.
As many of you have noticed the craft/art show market is changing.  Crafts Park Avenue has closed their spring and fall show and have moved their December show.  Crafts at the Castle, Boston's premier craft show has just notified exhibitors that it has discontinuted operations.  Other shows have raised fees and changed their venues or closed.  So I will be doing fewer shows and some new ones.  I will also be using the web site more and adding special sales.  Stay tuned.
This is some new work.  Top left is a pottery lined vase with black wood turned top and base and a new diamond weave.  Top right is a double round basket, also with a diamond weave.  Above left is a spiral weave basket with mahogany top and base.  Above right is a glass lined vase with a black and white double spiral weave with ebony base.  Right is a glass lined bottle with black and white spiral weave and an ebony and mahogany top.
